My First Post!

HEY SHOUTERS!

This being my first post, I would like to share the experience of the toughest period of my life :)

It was the time I was giving my boards.. and had all my entrance exams lined up!

So, it was my maths exam and and before entering the examination hall, I had all my hopes raised thinking of doing great.
But as I got the question paper, I looked at the first question and.. "How to solve it?".. I didn't really know. The fear of not knowing a single answer was so big, that made me go blank.. and I ended up leaving 4 questions half-answered.
After I submitted my paper and left my room, and saw all the happy faces of people who had done great in their exams.. all I could do was hide my tears and leave..!

I couldn't concentrate on anything.. I just closed the door of my room, calculated and recalculated my marks by seeing the question paper all day, all night!
But being a positive person, I thought I should not leave hope and do well in my JEE MAINS!

So with all my hopes still intact, I went to give the entrance exam. But that fear of failing again got on my nerves.. and I again failed myself and returned home disheartened!

I began thinking that all the efforts I had put in, had gone just in vain.. But I had a friend of mine who was a constant counselor to me. He made me understand that there are still plenty of hopes.. and tremendous opportunities out there!

I started working hard and went to give the West Bengal joint exams. But this time I didn't fail.. I did give that exam according to my potential and I felt contended :)
Also, since I hadn't lost my hopes and kept on working hard even after a failure, I ended up getting 92+ percentage in my boards!! :D

What I understood from all these failures is that, everyone is not meant for achieving everything.. we should work hard and wait for that one single day when everything becomes Right..!

Hope is the thing with feathers
That perches in the soul
And sings the tune without the words
And never stops at all.
